build-telegram.bat собирал с TDESKTOP_API_TEST=ON, то есть с парой api_id/api_hash из docs/api_credentials.md. Telegram помечает её как опубликованную, и вход в аккаунт заканчивается ошибкой API_ID_PUBLISHED_FLOOD. Теперь идентификатор ZaStoGram берётся из DesktopPrivate\telegram_api.txt на сборочной VM (вне git), а сборка не стартует, если файла нет или в нём публичный id.
