env.bat, build-libs.bat, build-telegram.bat и clean-libs.ps1 жили только в C:\TBuild: слияние меняло стадии prepare.py, а правила уборки и сборки оставались старыми. Теперь они в Telegram/build/zastogram и едут вместе с исходниками; C:\TBuild\*.bat только передают сюда. - libs-keep.json: что уборка после prepare оставляет целиком и почему. - test_zastogram_libs_keep.py сам выводит потребителей из prepare.py и CMake клиента и требует классифицировать каждую читаемую стадию: новая такая стадия оригинала ломает гард при слиянии, а не configure. - clean-libs.ps1 перед prepare сбрасывает ключ кэша стадии, чья папка из keep_whole пропала или зачищена (gas-preprocessor, tlottie). - doctor.ps1 проверяет MSVC 14.44, CMake 3.x, SDK, шим vcvarsall и место и пишет ENVIRONMENT NOT READY, если сломана машина, а не код.
