A preset apply re-parsed the owner publication 174 times and re-proved every derived fact with command substitutions Android prices at tens of milliseconds each, so one restart burned near a minute of pure fork cost. The lifecycle lock already guarantees a single cooperating writer, so a completed owner read is now a cached fact until this process mutates the publication or releases the lock; port-list normalization sheds its per-item sed forks on the same grounds. Measured on device: 56.5s -> 40.6s for one replace transaction, with the remaining fork storms documented. Also unify the Russian UI on one term: every preset string says "пресет" instead of "набор".
