Replaces the status bar that was pinned to the top of every page. The section shows:
- how many addresses open from Russia right now and the working address;
- per address, a 24-hour column chart of availability from Russia, with tooltips and a table view;
- a "Проверить с моего устройства" button: the browser tries every address itself, and a packet
runs along each address's line to it or gets dropped. The result is not sent anywhere.
The widget is the shared module /_sites/mirrors-widget.js (sites.js loads it when the page has
a [data-zapret-mirrors] slot); the data is /_sites/mirrors.json from zapret-mirror-manager. The
wiki main page has the same widget. Colors and fonts are passed in through --zm-*.
